Sell to us Daily 10am-4pm.
01 you bring it
Bring in your quality preloved clothing, shoes and accessories to sell and you will receive a same day evaluation.
Our buying counter is open everyday between 10am-4pm. Drop off your items at our buying booth and leave them with our buying team to assess. You will receive a text message when we’re done
On occasion we will close early if we have reached capacity for the day. See any updates via Instagram Stories.
- We accept high quality clothing, shoes, and accessories in feminine and masculine styles in all sizes.
- We accept a maximum of up to 40 items / approximately 1 ikea bag.
- This is a same day service, you will need to return to finalise the process on the same day you drop off.
- Assessing your items can take up to 3 hours
- Ensure your items are:
- In excellent condition (no stains, no rips and freshly laundered)
- On trend styles
- In season/ for the current weather
- Folded not on hangers

We buy a range of vintage and modern brands, handmade and one-off pieces. If you're unsure about whether something is suitable for us we would recommend bringing it in.
Our buyers aim to sell your pre-loved goods at the best price possible taking quality, data, market value and demand into account.
While the price we offer is non-negotiable, you have no obligation to accept the offer and can collect back your items.

Return to the store to collect your cash or store credit.
Our buyers will evaluate your items to resell in store. From this retail price, we offer:
50% Store Credit
or
30% Cash (40% on goods valued over $249+)
Our offers are obligation free and there is no pressure to sell your items to us if you don't want to. Our prices are carefully determined by our appraisal database and additional item research, and as such are non-negotiable.
Our buyers complete the assessment on the same day you dropped off. Come back in store after you receive your text message or before 6pm on the day you dropped off your items to receive your cash or store credit offer
If you choose, we can donate any of your remaining items to our partner charities on your behalf.
Some of our nominated non-for-profit charity partners include Noffs Op Shops, Twenty 10 and Addi Road:
- Noffs Op Shop raise funds for Ted Noffs Fondation. Ted Noffs Foundation focus on helping young people with homelessness, drug, crime and mental health issues.
- Twenty10 is working to improve the lives of young LGBTQIA+ folks across the state. We donate quality clothes that the community can access at their drop in centres & events.
- Addi Road is a small but mighty charity working with the community to elevate human rights, culture and sustainability. We support them with seasonal donations.
