Please take the time to read the terms of use that are applicable to your use and enjoyment of this Site and the content made available to you via this Site and our social media channels, as well as your purchase of any products from our online store (“Terms”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, apply to all Site visitors, subscribers, customers, and other users of our Site (“user”, “you” and “your”).

By accessing and using this Site, our social media channels and any other materials made available to you on this Site, you are taken to accept our Terms. In doing so, you warrant that you:

Seller Agreement

Our buyers will assess your goods and make an offer on anything we wish to resell.

Our offer is based on what we will resell your goods for in store.

How we make our selection: Our specialised buying team use their knowledge, training and expertise to select goods that we know our customer will love. We take into consideration current trends, our stock levels, the overall condition and quality of all items. Our buyers will happily offer any feedback on any items we pass on.

How we value your items: We use our price book to value each item our team selects. This is an extensive database that is constantly being updated and reviewed by our buying team to ensure we have a broad understanding of brands and current resale values across the market.

Acceptance of offer: This is a no obligation quote. You are welcome to decline our offer. Once the offer has been accepted the transaction is final.

 

Store credit terms and conditions

Store credit is valid for 3 years

Store credit will be applied to your customer profile and can be redeemed by using your Reunion Card or by showing photo ID

Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

If an order made using store credit is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the store credit will be restored to your account only, and not refunded as cash. Store credit cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash

Store credit can only be used in store

Store credit may be cancelled or amended at any time if necessary to do so will not be responsible for any lost or stolen store credit

 

Cash Payments

Cash payments are usually paid on the spot. In some circumstances we will need to make payment via Bank Transfer, this will be processed within 48 hours of your transaction.

Once cash or store credit has been selected the transaction is final. If you have any queries about your transaction please speak with our friendly staff before you make your final decision.

Same Day Service: Our process is a same day service. All goods must be collected the same day you drop off.

Uncollected goods: Any goods uncollected after 7 days will be donated to our charity partner. We will attempt to contact the customer via the contact details provided within the 7 day period.

Wait times: Wait times vary between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Speak with our buying team to get an estimated wait time.

Authentic goods: We only buy and sell genuine and authentic goods. We may ask sellers to provide proof of authentication or decline to buy any products we cannot authenticate.

Conduct: At Reunion we treat each other with respect and we expect our customers and staff members to act in a professional and polite manner at all times. We are here to help you through the process of selling your goods with us. Our staff will not tolerate abuse of any kind and can decline service at their discretion. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Australian Goods Tax (GST) (as applicable). The prices indicated on our Site may change at any time without advance notice to you. The amount charged to you will be the price in force at the time your order is placed.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund in the event that a product has been discontinued or we do not have the stock available.

We may from time to time provide discounted products. You may only use one discount code with each purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code. We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a minimum or maximum order value. Discount codes and/or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

We offer visitors who want to purchase from our Site the option to pay for the products by credit card or such other method of payment as provided at checkout. You acknowledge and agree to make timely and full payments to us for the products purchased. Where you use a credit card, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to use that credit card. All of our real-time credit card authorisations are handled by secure third party gateway providers and these are secured by the highest level of security. The following measures are taken to protect your data:

  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by us or any outside party.

  • Our third party gateway provider will at no time touch your funds, all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by us.

PCI DSS is a standard mandated by the card brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
