Casual or Part Time 3-4 days a week
At Reunion, we believe great style deserves a second life. We’re looking for an experienced Buyer to join our team and help curate the ever-changing collection our customers know and love.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who genuinely loves fashion, thrives on making decisions, and has an exceptional eye for quality, style and detail. Every item you purchase contributes to the identity of our brand.
About the Role
As a Buyer, you’ll assess clothing and accessories brought in by customers, selecting pieces that align with Reunion’s buying standards, customer demand and brand direction.
You’ll work closely with our buying team to ensure every purchase meets our quality expectations while providing customers with a positive, professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess clothing, footwear and accessories for purchase.
- Make confident buying decisions based on brand, style, condition, quality and current market demand.
- Price items accurately according to Reunion’s buying guidelines.
- Process purchases accurately through our POS system.
- Identify authentic designer and premium brands.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every buying appointment.
- Explain buying decisions professionally and respectfully when declining items.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently during busy buying periods while maintaining consistency.
- Assist with merchandising and general retail duties when required.
- Contribute to maintaining Reunion’s high visual and quality standards.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous retail experience (essential).
- Previous buying experience in fashion, resale, vintage or a similar environment (essential).
- A genuine passion for fashion and current trends.
- Excellent knowledge of brands, fabrics, garment quality and construction.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making skills and confidence working independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team.

Part-time or Casual (2 days per week)
Reunion is a curated destination for pre-loved fashion, vintage finds and designer pieces. We’re passionate about extending the life of clothing and creating a thoughtful, welcoming retail experience for our community.
We’re looking for a creative and organised Content & Brand Coordinator to help tell the Reunion story and bring our brand to life across social media, email marketing and digital channels.
The Role
This is a hands-on, in-store role. You’ll spend time on the shop floor, working closely with our team to capture content, understand incoming stock, highlight new arrivals and communicate what makes Reunion special.
You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content that reflects our brand and drives both in-store and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and Meta
- Capture new arrivals, staff picks and curated collections
- Plan and schedule social media content
- Produce content for our weekly Relisted online drops
- Create Instagram Stories and Reels
- Work with the buying and retail teams to identify content opportunities
- Coordinate simple photoshoots and outfit styling
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media engagement and community interactions
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice
What We’re Looking For
- Strong content creation skills (photo, video and editing)
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media trends
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Strong visual merchandising and styling instincts
- A genuine interest in fashion, vintage and circular fashion
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite and Shopify preferred
