We don’t have a complete list of brands that we don’t take. However, we are committed to curating slow fashion items that last, so it is right to assume that any fast fashion or mass-produced garments will not meet our selection criteria.

Our customers prefer items that slot effortlessly into their wardrobe so we tend to avoid officewear and formal styles, referring these types of items onto Sydney based charity, Dress For Success.

To reduce our carbon footprint we do not wash, dry-clean or repair pieces, so please bring them in ready to be reunited with a new owner.

We offer a same-day service. We'll take your items for 1-3 hours while we assess their value according to trends, season, stock levels and condition. If your item meets our selection criteria, we will offer you cash or a store credit to collect before 6pm the same day. It is your choice which payment method you take in exchange for your goods.

No, the items need to be brought in-store for quality assessment. We can't quote any items with only photos.

You are welcome to take home any of your items that we don’t select, or we can pass them along to one of our charity partners. Our buyers will confirm what you would like to do when finalising your transaction.

 

Money talk

The value we set for items is a result of careful research and data. We aim to sell your pre-loved goods at the best price possible taking quality, market value and demand into account. While the price we offer is non-negotiable, you have no obligation to accept the offer and can collect your items to sell elsewhere.

You have no obligation to accept our offer. If and when you do accept the offer in exchange for cash or store credit the transaction is final and the goods will become a part of the Reunion collection. The only way to get them back at this point is to purchase them in store.

Cash payments are usually paid on the spot. In some circumstances, we will need to send your money via bank transfer. All transfers will be processed within 48 hours of the transaction. Once cash or store credit has been selected the transaction is final. If you have any questions about your transaction, please chat with our friendly buyers before you make your final decision.

Store credit is valid for 3 years and will be applied to your customer profile. It can be redeemed by using your Reunion card or by showing a valid photo ID. It cannot be transferred to another person or account. If an order is made using store credit and is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase made using store credit will be restored to your account only, and not refunded as cash. Store credit cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. It can only be used in-store. It may be cancelled or amended at any time if necessary to do so. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen store credit.

We do not offer split payments between cash or store credit. You can take your time on the day to consider which offer will be best for you. You have no obligation to accept our offer.

If the item you purchase has a major problem, please contact us within a reasonable time to rectify the issue. Please ensure you have proof of purchase.

Yes! Just select the ‘Pick-Up In Store’ option at the checkout and your item will be available for pick up within 24 hours. We appreciate orders being picked up as soon as possible.

Doin’ our bit

We donated uncollected goods to our partner charities on your behalf if you opt in for this service.

Some of our nominated non-for-profit charity partners include Twenty 10, Addi Road, and Salvos.

Visiting the store

Yes. We are located on street level with a wheelchair and pram friendly access and aisles.

We offer a same day service. Items will be valued within 1 to 3 hours of you dropping them off. We will send you a text when we are ready for you to come and collect them or your cash. Any uncollected goods will be donated to our charity partner after 7 days if you fail to drop back in. We are open 10-6pm everyday.

Our buying team is available to value your items between 10am and 4pm everyday, no appointment required.

Yes. Our gift cards start at a minimum of $20 and they are valid for 3 years. Available for use in-store only.
