FAQ's
Store credit can only be used for in-store purchases.
You can sell to us everyday 10am-4pm. On occasion we will close early if we have reached capacity for the day; you can view any updates via our Instagram Stories.
Please note that we operate a same day service and all items must be collected the day they are dropped off.
We carefully make selections based on whether or not we can resell an item in store. We take into consideration the brand, style and condition of an item, as well as our current stock levels and sales trends. We buy according to the season, so if you're thinking of selling a leather jacket on a warm summer's day, perhaps reconsider.
You can bring in up to 40 items per person, or as much as you can fit in one large IKEA bag. All items must be freshly washed and folded in a bag, rather than loose or on hangers. We reserve the right to refuse any bags that exceed our limit or would be unsafe for staff to handle.
We take a range of clothing, shoes and accessories in feminine and masculine styles in all sizes. We buy modern, vintage, handmade and one-off pieces to suit a range of styles and price points. In store you can find basics from COS and Afends all the way up to luxurious vintage Chanel pieces.
We don't buy from mass-produced brands with lower price points, where garments don't live up to our expectations of quality and don't have any significant resale value.
For example: Academy Brand, All About Eve, ASOS, Bardot, Basque, Cider, City Chic, Connor, Cotton On, Dangerfield, Dazie, Decjuba, Forever New, French Connection, Ghanda, Glassons, H&M, Just Jeans, Kmart, Kookai, Lioness, Lowes, Missguided, Motel, Pretty Little Thing, Princess Highway, Princess Polly, Seed, Selfie Leslie, Shein Sportsgirl, White Fox, Witchery, Zara
We also avoid buying from brands that don't produce styles in alignment with our customers tastes and preferences. Officewear, black tie attire and performance activewear are among the styles that we struggle to sell.
For example: Camilla, Dangerfield, Forcast, Lululemon, Oxford, Portmans, Tarocash, Trenery
