How TO Sell To us
Sell to us 7 days a week from 10am-4pm for same day service.
01 BRING YOUR ITEMS
Come visit us in store from 10am-4pm any day of the week. Our selling counter is located at the back of the store, and our staff are happy to walk you through the buying process and answer any questions you may have.
You can bring up to 40 items, or as much will fit into a large IKEA bag, per person, and all items need to be freshly cleaned. We take clothing, shoes, and accessories in feminine and masculine styles in all sizes.
In order to keep things running smoothly, please ensure that your items are folded in bags and all hangers are removed.
02 WE ASSESS
Once you have dropped off your items, one of our staff members will sort through them to determine their suitability for the store. We take into consideration the brand, style and condition of an item, as well as our current stock levels and sales trends. We buy according to the current season, and if there are any items you bring in that would be better suited for a different season we can let you know.
We buy a range of vintage and modern brands, as well as unbranded, handmade and one-off pieces. If you're unsure about whether something is suitable for us we would recommend bringing it in. Our appraisal database is home to more than 10,000 brands and it's growing every day!
Though the number of brands we do buy outweighs those we don't, in order to maintain the curation of the store there are some notable brands that we do not buy. Please note that this list is intended as a guide only:

03 YOU COLLECT
Come back in store before 6pm on the day you dropped off your items to receive your cash or store credit offer. Based on our retail price for an item, we can offer you either 30% cash back or 50% store credit. We have an additional cashback offer of 40% for any items valued at $249 and above.
Our offers are obligation free and there is no pressure to sell your items to us if you don't want to. Our prices are carefully determined by our appraisal database and additional item research, and as such are non-negotiable.
Any items that we're not interested in purchasing can either be taken back home with you, or you can choose to pass them on to charity through our local charity partners.
